POI Marker Enhancements
Weβve addressed an issue with misleading fallback values in POI markers:
Before: If percentages hadnβt loaded yet, a red bubble with β0%β would display, suggesting the machine had stopped.
Now: Instead of β0%,β youβll see a loading indicator, signaling data is still being processed. For duty cycle percentages, "--" will display only if no data exists.
Dashboard Widget Fixes
The location list in dashboard widgets now displays hierarchically, making navigation clearer and more intuitive.
Laying the Foundation for Integration Layer

β Duty Cycle Future Data Bug Fix
Addressed a bug where future data occasionally appeared in the Duty Cycle charts. While predictive charts might sound fun, the results weren't accurate, so we've ensured this no longer happens.
November 2024
π Improved Poi Marker Display for Line Chart
The Poi marker now displays the correct value in both Fixed Time and Live Update modes:
In Fixed Time mode, the Poi marker shows the last 60-minute average for the chart's final data point.
In Live Update mode, it provides real-time data.
π Enhanced Stream Analytics Reliability
We've improved stability for Stream Analytics and measurand behavior in misconfigured scenarios.
Automated Event Creation Based on Measurements
Now you can set up automated events triggered by specific machine conditions, making it easier to monitor equipment statuses. In the measurement settings, youβll see the option Enable automated event trigger, which allows you to generate events automatically when a specified condition occurs. By default, this setting is off, but you can enable it by selecting the event type you want to create when the trigger condition is met.
Example
Letβs say Machine 1 has a temperature sensor, and youβve set it to display a CRITICAL status when the temperature goes above 80Β°C. If you want an event "Exception" to be automatically generated when this happens, simply enable the automated event trigger, choose the event type "Exception," and specify the Exception type, for example "Critical failure" Now, whenever the machine's status changes to CRITICAL, the system will automatically generate a "Critical failure" event.
How Event Creation Works
The system creates an event with the start time when the machine enters the specified condition, for example CRITICAL. If the machine remains in this state, the event stays open. Once the machine exits the state, the event automatically records an end time. However, if you manually adjust the end time, the event wonβt update further. This way, you stay informed about critical machine conditions without manual intervention.
Currently, the system supports automated event creation for the categories "Other" and "Exception." This means users can configure these event types to trigger automatically based on machine measurements.
Optimized client requests towards Kusto
Duty cycle and line chart widgets now load faster. While the initial load may still take a bit longer, subsequent updates will display more quickly, keeping your data easily accessible without delays.
Enhanced Event Details with Duration Display
You can now view the duration of each event in real-time. Simply hover over the event bubble to instantly see both the start and end time.
Optimized Utilization Rate Loading
We've made significant improvements to speed up the loading of utilization rates. Now, utilization data appears faster.
Β
October 2024
Improved state condition configuring
Configuring the conditions for states is now easier than ever! While power users can still use the old low-code, basic configurations can now be done through a more friendly form.
More Data, More Power: Enhanced POI Marker!
Weβve upgraded the POI Marker to display even more crucial information at a glance! Now, you can add and view more data directly on the marker itself β giving you faster, richer insights.
We have made the marker wider:
Additionally, we've improved the color contrast and brightness for better visibility. The status indicators now dynamically adjust based on data, making it easier to track machine performance at a glance.
These updates help users quickly grasp the running status and utilization rate, ensuring a clearer view of machine performance.
Miscellaneous fixes and improvements
Keen-eyed users may have realized the POI-panelβs status banner mysteriously disappeared. It has now returned with the same updated icons as the POI marker uses.
Utilization rate calculations have improved, improving various edge cases
The IOT pipeline caching now behaves appropriately when new values are submitted slightly ahead of time, which may occur when devices have slightly different clock syncs.
September 2024
Goal configurations for gauge widget
Gauge (with pointer) widgets can now include a goal configuration for enhanced visualization.
The goal can be expressed as a fixed numeric range, or be based on other measurand(s) for a dynamic target.
IoT data performance for recent values
Measurandβs latest values are now cached and updated straight from the pipeline resulting in drastic performance improvements.
You may still notice a slower βcold bootβ when opening a data view for the first time in a while, but then the tracking mechanisms kick in to deliver updates to the viewed data quickly and efficiently.
August 2024
Maintenance progress indicator
Clearly follow the status progression of your maintenance events as tasks are completed.

Update visual style of PoI panel tabs
We've refreshed the design of the POI (Point of Interest) panel to match the sleek look of the left-hand panel. Now, switching between tabs is smoother, providing a more consistent and visually appealing experience.
Improved Maintenance Event Management
We've made significant improvements to how maintenance events are managed by introducing two new tabs:
Active Events: This tab consolidates all events that require attention. It includes missed events, pending events, and those scheduled for the near future. With everything in one place, it's easier to see what needs to be done.
Filtered Events: This tab shows all maintenance events based on the filters applied from the left-hand filter panel. Itβs a straightforward list that helps you quickly find the specific events you're looking for.
Teltonika Device Compatibility Update
We've improved the system's compatibility with Teltonika devices by ensuring it can now correctly process timestamps from these devices. This update resolves previous compatibility issues, allowing for the continued seamless use of Teltonika devices.
Streamlined 3D Replica Camera Controls
To enhance your experience with 3D replicas, the camera and zoom settings are now hidden by default, giving you a more compact view. You can easily access and adjust these settings whenever needed. Additionally, we've made improvements to ensure more precise camera positioning, allowing you to get the perfect view every time.

π Customized State Display for Point of Interest Markers!
More control over how the state of a point of interest (POI) is showcased on the marker.
In the measurement settings, we've introduced new options allowing you to specify the measurement type as a "Running Indicator," a "Health Indicator" (represented by a traffic light), or even create a custom type. π¨ Depending on your selection, the state can be represented by various values like ON/OFF/IDLE for "Running Indicator" and CRITICAL (red)/OK (green)/WARNING (yellow) for a traffic light indicator.
What's more, the state can be derived from multiple sensors, with each source having its unique state measurements.
Based on the chosen state measurement setting, the behavior of the POI marker will adapt accordingly:
π¦ If "Health Indicator" is selected, the marker will dynamically display a traffic light, adjusting its color based on the aggregated health data. It intelligently fetches all "Health Indicator" Measurands and renders the color corresponding to the worst health status.
βοΈ If "Running Indicator" is opted for, the marker component will seamlessly exhibit the first Measurand, akin to how it handles percentage and on/off icons.
