Requesting credentials
To use the Genius Core API in production, you need to request API credentials. Follow these steps:
Submit Request: Contact Process Genius support through the PG Service Desk to request API credentials.
Verification: CS will validate the request and confirm the necessary permissions with you.
Credential Creation: Our team will create the API credentials with the requested permissions and assign them to the appropriate tenant.
Secure Delivery: Credentials will be sent via a password-protected Bitwarden Send link. The password for the link will be sent via SMS.
Disabling, updating or removing credentials
Any changes to API credentials can be done by contacting the PG Service Desk
